The Lebanon Christian Schools PTF (Parent Teacher Fellowship) serves to enrich the Christian school experience for students and their families and to support our invaluable teachers and staff. Our mission is to create a close knit community among all those connected to our school. The PTF achieves its goal through four different areas of activity:
The PTF invites guest speakers and groups to present academic programs to students during the school day. These programs enhance the already excellent education our students receive at Lebanon Christian Schools.
These events bring families and staff together for an evening of fellowship and child-friendly activities. Our annual Fellowship Nights include the Welcome Back Ice Cream Social in August, our Fall Festival in October, and Movie Night in February.
Our teachers and staff work hard to nurture our children in a Christ-filled environment and provide them the best education possible. It’s only natural that we want to show them our appreciation. We do this with our annual Holiday Luncheon, our Valentine’s Day Sweet Cart, and Teacher Appreciation Week. The PTF also assists teachers with their out-of-pocket expenses.
The PTF works diligently to raise the money necessary to provide the events our families and teachers appreciate. We are happy to say that our fundraising is completely activity based; students are never asked to sell anything. We depend on our ongoing Box Tops Program, the annual Coin Drive, and Hill’s Martial Arts After School Program to raise a large portion of the necessary funds. This year we are excited to introduce our Live/Silent Auction & Dinner to help reach our financial goals.
Every parent, teacher, and staff member is intrinsically a member of the Parent Teacher Fellowship at Lebanon Christian Schools. We welcome your input and need your help to make our activities possible. All time spent helping the PTF earns volunteer hours for your family. We invite you to attend our bi-monthly meetings to learn more about our organization and how you can use your God-given talents to support our mission. Meetings begin at 7:00pm in the Art Room at the Countryside Campus.
