I started my education journey mentoring students in inner city schools in high school. My love for education continued as I worked at Mason High School as a special education aid. While looking for a school to do my student teaching at, God shut a lot of doors to open the one for Lebanon Christian. I student-taught at LCS and fell in love with their mission. Now I get to teach 5th graders or as I love to call them "the Christian Leader of elementary school." I enjoy doing service projects with my students inside and outside of the classroom! My favorite part of the week is Chapel- I wish it was every day! When I am not trying to keep up with students, I am trying to keep up with my 2 kids, Ava and Scott, my husband, Scott, and our dog, Chase. We love being outdoors in a capacity! My favorite Bible Verse is Philippians 4:6-7 because we all need a little more of God's peace in our lives!
