Inclement Weather Policy

Lebanon Christian Schools K-12

When inclement weather arrives, if school is delayed or cancelled, Lebanon Christian Schools will communicate information through many avenues.  LCS utilizes local radio and television stations, the school website, and automated phone/text messages to inform parents of school delays or closings. Please listen to the entire message to ensure you receive all information regarding possible delay schedules.

A lot of factors go into making the decision about keeping school open, delaying the start time, or closing for the day. Safety of our students and staff is a top priority. We are in communication with other local school districts and closely monitor the weather forecast for our area.  Every endeavor will be made to make these decisions in a timely manner and provide notice as quickly as possible.

The Academy, Lebanon Christian’s preschool, offers a snow day option for those families with students in grades K-5 needing assistance  during school closures.  Pre-registration is required. For more information, please contact The Academy or click here.
