My name is Jerrod Covert and I am the Campus Pastor at LCS. I will be teaching the 12th grade Senior Biblical Seminar class this year along with all the Spiritual Development things at the school like: Chapels, Retreat, Bible Studies, and many others. I graduated from Olivet Nazarene University in 2008 with a degree in Church Music and a Minor in Youth Ministry. I was Ordained in the Church of the Nazarene in 2014. This will be my third year as Campus Pastor here at the school. I have been working with youth and involved in the Youth Ministry for 16 years and this will be my fourth year at LCS. I have been all over the U.S. as a youth pastor and have seen many students deepen their walk with Jesus over the years. I have a beautiful wife, Andrea, who also works at LCS as the Director of the Academy and a 10 year old son named Jonah who will be in 4th grade at LCS this year. I am so excited to continue this journey with the school and cannot wait to see what God has in store for LCS within the lives of our students and families!
