Andrew White
Director of Education
Mr. White is the new LCS Director of Education for the 2024-25 school year. He recently retired from public education after 34 years, 19 years as an administrator, including serving as an assistant principal at Kettering Fairmont High School for the last 14 years. Mr. White received his Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education from Otterbein University, his Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Wright State University, and his Principal’s and Superintendent’s licenses from the University of Dayton. He has a wide range of knowledge and experiences in education, including: curriculum, operations, policy and procedures, safety/ security and crisis management, discipline and attendance, academic counseling, testing, teacher evaluation and coaching, and public relations and communication. Mr. White is a resident of Union/Englewood, where he lives with his wife, Tami. They have been blessed with three adult children and four grandchildren. He and his wife are members of Christian Life Center, where they have attended for the last 27 years. Currently, Mr. White serves on the leadership team for Men’s Life at CLC, leads a vibrant local Christian nonprofit, Dayton Apologetics, and attends seminary (part-time) at Southern Evangelical Seminary (SES). In his spare time, he enjoys exercising, reading, spending quality time with his family and close friends, and following "The" Ohio State University Buckeyes.
