Hello, LCS Parents and Students! I am honored to be back as the [8th-12th] Grade English Teacher, as well as the Journalism Teacher. I’m also looking forward to welcoming back Creative Writing and Power of the Pen. I am recently married as of this past July. My lovely wife Alexandra works at the other building as a 5th grade teacher, and we are so blessed to be here together! This is my 3rd year at LCS MS/HS (10th year as a teacher overall), and my classroom is an organized, well-oiled machine. Students in my class can look forward to learning grammar, composition, reading strategies, discussion skills, vocabulary, and much more – however, the most important thing I hope to pass on to them is biblical critical thinking. As a graduate of a university Masters program and a teacher who has taught/subbed in 20+ schools in southwest Ohio, I’ve seen what the world has to offer, and I can confidently say that I have never been blessed more than being at LCS. I am thrilled to be back and to see what God does in the lives of the students and staff this year. Thank you once again for this opportunity to help train our young people for life and godliness.
