Lebanon Christian High School

National Honor Society & National Junior Honor Society

National Honor Society

Grade: 10th-12th

The National Honor Society (NHS) at Lebanon Christian High School honors students who live out Christ-centered excellence in scholarship, leadership, character, and service. As part of NHS, students seek to use their God-given gifts to serve others, grow in leadership, and make a positive difference within their school and community.

Membership in NHS is one of the highest honors a student can achieve, offering meaningful opportunities for advanced learning, faith-inspired community service, and leadership growth. Through these experiences, students strengthen their academic skills while developing integrity, empathy, and a lifelong commitment to service — qualities that prepare them for college, career, and Christian leadership in every area of life.

*Applications open to academically qualified 10th and 11th grade students each spring.

National Junior Honor Society

Grade: 7th-9th

The National Junior Honor Society (NJHS) at Lebanon Christian School honors middle level students who reflect Christ in their pursuit of excellence — in scholarship, leadership, service, character, and citizenship. Through NJHS, motivated students grow academically while learning how to serve others with humility and purpose, modeling the love of Jesus in both word and action.

Membership in NJHS gives students early opportunities to lead, strengthen study and teamwork skills, and participate in service projects that nurture Christian character and responsibility. As they grow in confidence and purpose, students prepare for high school, the National Honor Society, and future academic and faith-based leadership opportunities.

At its heart, NJHS helps students become lifelong learners and compassionate servants — young leaders who follow Christ’s example in their communities and beyond.

*Applications open to academically qualified 7th and 8th grade students each spring.
